Morning Announcements
Monday, September 10, 2018

 

After school study hours will be in the commons until 6:00pm.

 

A reminder to all students that learning labs start this week. If you are unsure how to sign up, please ask a teacher, student services, or the main office.

 

Students: Mr. Smith will be issuing parking tickets starting this week. Please make sure your vehicle is registered.

 

Students:  A representative from the Army National Guard will be in the Commons on Wednesday, Sept. 12 during lunch hour.  Please stop by if interested.

 

Students: Please pay students by Thursday, September 13.

 

Students: If you would like an agenda, they are free of charge. Stop in the main office or student services.

 

Senior girls, there will be a powder puff meeting today during both lunches. Please attend either one if you plan to play in the Homecoming powder puff game. Meet in Mrs. Dallmann’s room.

Our first FFA meeting of the year will be on Wednesday September 12 during lunch. Please bring your lunch down to the Ag Room and learn about upcoming opportunities. All general FFA meetings will take place on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

 

Also any FFA members that would like to participate in the annual kickball tournament on Saturday September 15, the sign up sheet and volunteer sheet for the concession stand are on the FFA bulletin board down the Ag hallway. If you have any questions about the kickball tournament please contact Cassie Smet.

Attention Juniors/Seniors: The Military will be administering the ASVAB Career Exploration Program on Wednesday, Sept. 12th. periods 1- 4.

Reasons for taking the battery:

1.)        It will help identify aptitudes / capabilities for learning.

2.)        It will explore what careers you qualify for in relationship to your aptitudes/interests.

3.)        It will be used to explore career opportunities.

4.)        It is required for military enlistment.

Sign-up today in the Student Services Office. Deadline to sign-up is September 11th.

FFA Members going to World Dairy Expo tomorrow, we are changing our departure time to 4:00am. Please be at the Ag Room by 3:55am tomorrow morning.

 

FFS members going to Sectional Leadership Workshop on Wednesday in Antigo, please turn your forms into Mr. Taylor ASAP.

 

FFA will be completing the annual fall Adopt-A-Highway this Saturday starting at 8:00am going for breakfast afterwards. Meet at the Old Hardees by United Coop grain bins.
