On Sunday the Varsity Cheerleaders attended the It’s Showtime competition at UW Stevens Point.   They took 1st Place in their Game Day Division and 3rd place in the Cheer Dance division.  Congratulations ladies!!!

Congratulations to the Varsity Dance Team who competed at Appleton North High School on Saturday.  As a group, the team took 2nd place in both pom and dance.  Congratulations to our student athletes and coaches!!

 

THIS FRIDAY is wear yellow day! Please wear yellow to school on friday to support FBLA’s community cancer collection. FBLA is also selling yellow awareness tshirts and yellow pura vida bracelets. See Tate for more details.

 

The theme for the boys basketball game on friday is yellow! There will be a bucket raffle, yellow bracelet and bandana sales, and a coin collection at halftime for FBLA’s community cancer collection. Come out to Support!!

The 7th Annual N.E.W. Vex Robotics Challenge will be happening on Saturday, January 18th from 9 am to 5 pm.  The excitement will be happening in the Oconto Falls High School Field House with 30+ teams from around Wisconsin playing this year’s game Tower Takeover.  Admission is free and open to the public.  Concessions will be available.

Students:  The NEW Zoo will be hosting a Job Fair on Saturday, February 1, 8:00-12:00.  You must be 16 years or older for the positions they are looking for.  Please see flyer on Student Services bulletin board.

Attention Choir students – please be sure to have all Hansen’s fundraiser order forms and payment turned in by Monday, January 13.

There will be an Art Club/NAHS project night after school on Thursday January 16th starting right after school until 6:30pm. Join us at any time, let’s make art!

A ring was found in the old gym after break.  Please come to the main office to identify.

A silver necklace was found near Room 122.  Please stop in the main office to identify.

Attention students- need help with writing? The writing center is open and ready to help you! Go to the Oconto Falls Quick Links page to visit the writing center website or find one of the Writing Center QR codes in the hallway to sign up for an appointment today!

Junior Girls:  Those interested in Badger Girls State please have your application into Student Services by Monday, January 13.

Juniors & Seniors:  If you are interested in Law Enforcement and would like to attend the Wisconsin American Legion Law Enforcement Career Academy please stop in Student Services for information.  The program will run June 22-26 and there is no cost.

Seniors:  Just a reminder to have your class fees paid.  Please see the main office if you have any questions.
