The Oconto Falls High School Choirs will be presenting HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS 12 on Saturday, December 7 in the Falls Area Performing Arts Center!  A Pre-Concert featuring several choir soloists will begin at 6:10 p.m. in the Commons, followed by the PAC performance of Chamber Singers, Cantabile, Chorale, Concert Choir, and Vocal Jazz at 7 p.m.  The concert is FREE and everyone is invited to attend!

 

Attention students and staff. Starting on Monday December 9th FBLA will be putting on the annual holidays without hunger food drive. Please bring in nonperishable food items and hygiene items to your first hour class to reach our goal of 2019 points. Use the point sheet in your first our class to see which items rack up the most points. The winners have a chance to win gift cards and will be announced at our winter fest assembly Friday December 20th.

 

S & S Hometown is now hiring part-time waitresses.  No experience necessary, we will train you.  Ages 14 and older.  Need work permit.  Must be available to work nights and weekends. Contact Student Services or the Main office for more information.

 

Attention Hi-Q members, there will be a very important short meeting during lunch on Thursday. Please go to Mrs. Dallmann’s room before you go to other meetings.

 

Attention students: The OFHS Writing Center is opening Monday, December 9th!  The OFHS writing center coaches are happy to help you create and revise any of your essays. The writing center is located in the LMC, and will be open 7:30 am to 3:45 pm every day! Stop into the LMC to sign up for an appointment today!

 

Student council members- remember that Wednesday is our December whole council meeting and we will be having our holiday potluck! See your Remind message or the bulletin board for what you’re to bring.

 

Attention 10th Grade Students interested in attending a leadership conference?   The WILS conference is an annual leadership seminar.  During the seminar, 10th grade students have an opportunity to meet, interact with, and question regionally and nationally renowned leaders. To be a candidate for the WILS Seminar please stop in Student Services for information and an application form!  Due date will be December 13, 2020.

 

 

 

Need Volunteer hours? Through FBLA there is an opportunity to work with the flower shoppe during the Christmas Mouse Open House December 5th. Sign up is on the FBLA bulletin board. For more information, talk to Mrs. Tate.

We are looking for students who are interested in creating digital media to spearhead this project. If you have an interest in photography, digital arts, writing and interviewing and podcasting this project is for you. Meet in Ms. Lawless’ room, 125 on Wednesday, November 20th after school at 3:30. If you are unable to attend, email Ms. Lawless and she will get you the information.

Students! Remember to wear purple this Wednesday to support FBLA and the March of Dimes. There will be a picture at the end of the day for everyone wearing purple. During Wednesday’s learning lab FBLA will have a coin collection so bring your change! Also, FBLA is selling purple march of dimes tshirts for $10! You can get them in tates room.
